There are two methods of castration (mainly):
(1) Bleeding method - cutting with a knife, refer to the method of cutting piglets.
(2) Non-bleeding and mowing method - chemical damage method. The method is to take l0g of calcium chloride powder for injection, 2g of probufen hydrochloride powder, add distilled water to l00ml, stir evenly, fully dissolve, filter, dispense, seal, boil and disinfect for 30 minutes, cool and set aside.
(3) Method of operation. First Baoding disinfection (the same method as bleeding and castration), each testicular injection of 1 ~ 5m1, with a slightly longer needle, from the tip of the testicular needle, the site should be accurate, the amount of liquid should be appropriate. After the injection, the testicles swelled and gradually subsided after 3 to 4 days. The testicles became hard and lost their function. The advantage is that it is free from contamination and does not infect tetanus.
